I view therapy as a journey toward greater self-discovery and healing. It is a process through which one’s mind, body, and soul are engaged, integrated, and understood on a deeper level. My role, as a therapist, is to join my clients on their journey...through waters that seem treacherous and forecasts that appear bleak. I maintain an approach that is relationship-driven. My clients can remain confident that they are heard and understood, henceforth assured of my presence as we navigate together the obstacles that block one’s path toward growth. I strive to nurture the forces within one's self that craves wholeness in character. My extensive training and experience with youth provides me with a strong foundation to connect with this population. My work with children utilizes child-centered play therapy, and I am supervised by Dr. Kimberly Jayne, LPC, RPT-S.
